Terms
The short version: plan trips with friends, be decent, and remember anyone with a trip link can see that trip.
Itinerama is run by its maker, a private person in Switzerland. Questions, requests and complaints: zeus.dev.eng@gmail.com.
Using Itinerama
- Itinerama is free to use. There’s no account: the edit link is the key to a trip, so keep it private. Anyone you send the trip link can see the trip and answer.
- You’re responsible for what you put in a trip: names, notes and the photos you pick. Don’t add anything unlawful, hateful or someone else’s private details.
- Stop photos come from Wikimedia Commons under their own licences, credited with each photo. Keep the credit if you share a reel that shows one.
- Dates, days off, distances and costs are estimates to help a group decide, not bookings or quotes. Check public holidays, prices and travel rules yourself before you book.
The HD trip pass
- One payment unlocks HD reels (1080 × 1920, without the itinerama mark) for every reel anyone makes of that trip, for as long as the trip exists.
- Polar (polar.sh) sells the pass as merchant of record: its checkout shows the price, takes the payment and sends the receipt, and its terms cover the purchase and refunds. If an HD export doesn’t work for your trip, write to us.
Our side
- We work to keep Itinerama running and your trips safe, but it comes as it is, without a guarantee that it’s always available or free of errors.
- We may remove trips that break these terms or the law.
- As far as Swiss law allows, we’re not liable for indirect loss, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the trip pass. Nothing here limits liability for intent or gross negligence.
- If these terms change, the new version is posted here with its date.
Law
Swiss law applies. If you’re a consumer, the protections of the country you live in still apply to you.
